Middleastry is a small, family-run home kitchen baking Middle Eastern cookies, pastries, and made-to-order dishes the way they've always been made at home — slowly, in small batches, with recipes passed down through generations.
Everything starts with real ingredients: buttery dough, warm cinnamon, toasted sesame, and rich, naturally sweet dates. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just food that tastes like it came out of your grandmother's oven.
